Intake and follow-up
FirstReply focuses on the connections between customer contact, context and follow-up. A message often begins a process: understanding information, preparing a suitable reply and deciding who takes the next step.

An enquiry does not always contain all the information you need. Setting up an intake starts with what you need to know to respond carefully.
Follow-up becomes clearer when earlier information remains available. We look at the relationship between the conversation, customer and outstanding action.
A prepared reply and a scheduled task serve different purposes. The product idea connects these steps while keeping clear where a person decides.
