Bring my idea to life

Turn your idea into a concrete first step.

You do not need a complete plan yet. We explore who your idea helps, what you offer and what you need to build first.

30 minutes · personal introduction

Does this sound familiar?

Lots of possibilities, little direction

You see several opportunities and want to decide where to begin.

Your offer is not clear yet

You want to clarify who you help, with what problem and why someone would choose it.

You want something built

You have a plan for a website or product, but the first version is still too large or unclear.

What we are working towards

A choice that
moves you forward.

  • A chosen audience and a concrete offer.
  • The main assumptions and a small way to test them.
  • Clear priorities and a workable first phase.

For example: from a broad platform idea to one offer, a first website and a conversation with potential customers.

This is an example of working together. We define your own outcome in advance.

Choose the help you need.

Guidance, implementation or both. The content follows your question; the agreements stay concrete.

01 / Guidance

A direction
that suits you.

Eight weeks working on your offer, audience and business choices. With conversations, practical actions and one shared working document.

02 / Implementation

An outcome
you can use.

A website, prototype, customer portal or one automated process. We agree in advance on what I build, when and at what price.

03 / Together

From choices
to implementation.

We clarify your direction and I build the agreed solution. Guidance and implementation are separate parts of your proposal.

Discuss the combination

This works when we make choices together.

You can make decisions, set aside time for feedback and have a budget for the chosen collaboration. We first reduce a large plan to an independently deliverable phase.

Your first test

Make something small that answers a real question.

A big idea often contains several assumptions: who needs it, why someone would choose it and what a first version must do. We make those assumptions visible so you can investigate where to go next.

Who do you want to help?

Describe a recognisable group and a situation where the problem occurs. A specific user makes your first offer easier to assess.

What do you want to learn first?

Choose one uncertainty. For example, whether people recognise the need, whether the offer is clear or whether a user understands the main action.

What do you make for that?

It could be a conversation, offer page, sketch or prototype. The first version only needs to be enough to test the chosen question.

Big idea?
Make it concrete.

Tell me what you want to build. Together we decide on the first step.
