2. Which data is processed?
For a download I process your name, email address, optional company, consent choices, source and time. An audit request may also include your website, interests, indicative budget and message. Hosting and analytics may process technical security and usage data.
3. Purpose and legal basis
- Deliver the download or response you requested.
- Assess an enquiry and contact you about it.
- Send marketing email only when you separately consent.
- Secure and improve the website based on legitimate interests.
4. Retention
Download and marketing data is kept until you withdraw consent or for up to 24 months after the last interaction. Serious enquiries and business correspondence may be kept for up to 7 years where tax or administration rules require it.
5. Providers and transfers
