Before we start
Describe where you are now and what you want to decide or do better by the end. Gather existing plans, your offer and a few concrete bottlenecks.
The outcome
After eight weeks, you have a chosen direction, clear priorities and an implementation plan. We record choices and actions in one shared working document.
This programme works for a new idea or an existing business. During the introduction, we decide which question to focus on.
Discuss the guidance you needWe map your situation, desired outcome and key assumptions. We choose the main question and agree on how we will work together.
Each week, we discuss progress, decisions and next actions. You try things in practice; I help you investigate, prioritise and adjust.
We review what has become clear and what still needs testing. You have an implementation plan with the next steps and responsibilities.
You use one shared document for choices, actions and progress. You can send questions by email; I answer them together within two working days.
You set aside time to provide information, give feedback and carry out the agreed actions.
Guidance has its own price in your proposal. Implementation is available separately and has its own scope, schedule and price.
Only want something built and already have a clear brief? You can start directly with the implementation services .
Only if we agree on that separately. Guidance produces choices, priorities and an implementation plan. Building has its own section in the proposal.
No. A question or bottleneck is enough for the introduction. We decide together whether eight weeks of guidance fits your situation.
You remain the owner of your business and decisions. I guide the choices and keep us on the agreed track. Any implementation by me is agreed separately.
We meet for 30 minutes. If your question is a fit, you receive a proposal within three working days after all input is complete. We start after agreement and the first payment.
Your preparation
The conversations provide structure. The information and experiences you gather between them help you make better choices. You do not need all the answers in advance; bringing a real situation is useful.

Describe where you are now and what you want to decide or do better by the end. Gather existing plans, your offer and a few concrete bottlenecks.
Choose an achievable action and record what you did, what you noticed and what question it raised. Something that does not work still provides useful information.
Bring choices, remaining assumptions and next actions together. This helps you maintain direction and decide where further support is needed.
