An introduction helps us understand your question. The collaboration starts after approval of the proposal and the first payment.
A defined proposal
You see the result, your contribution, the timing and the price. Guidance and implementation are separate parts.
Feedback at agreed moments
For a build, we agree on two feedback rounds. New requests are discussed and priced before implementation.
A useful handover
We check the agreed work and go through use and management. Any further work gets a separate agreement.
Review together
Make clear in advance when the work is useful.
A description like “a better website” offers little clarity. We translate the goal into pages, actions and checks we can review together. Feedback becomes concrete and the task stays manageable.
During review
Look at the work from the user's task. Explain what is unclear and what needs to happen. We collect feedback for each agreed round.
After delivery
We go through how it works and record how you can continue. New requests and maintenance get a separate agreement so it remains clear what you are buying.
